Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for further details that we need to fulfil your order.
We accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Visa DELTA, and Switch. If you are outside the UK, please note that your payment will be converted and processed in UK Sterling only.
Credit card payments are processed off-line so there is no chance of double-payment. We may need to contact you if your card fails to process, and if you are concerned in any way about your order, contact the number below and ask for Amanda.

Terms & Conditions - Professional Membership
1. Professional Membership is open to individuals with a bona fide interest in information management products and services. Membership provides access to AIIM resources, networking opportunities and educational programmes on the basis of the Professional Membership Benefits details published on the www.aiim.org.uk website from time to time. Benefits are subject to change without notice.
2. Successful applicants will be notified in writing or by email and thereafter the Member is required to comply with the Byelaws of AIIM as may apply from time to time. Copies of the Byelaws may be obtained by writing to the Company Secretary at the registered office.
3. The applicant Member must make advance payment of the annual subscription which must be paid within 30 days of date of invoice and access to membership services is contingent on timely payment being received. The subscription is not refundable except in circumstances where the application is declined in which case any advance payment made will be refunded in full within 28days of receipt.
4. Membership commences on the date of membership acceptance and is valid for 12 months, to the end of the month in which membership commences. Renewal for the following year is due on the last day of the month of the anniversary of joining, and each subsequent year.
5. AIIM may accept or decline any application for membership at its discretion and is not under any obligation to enter into any correspondence or offer any explanation or reasons for declining an application.
6. Membership of AIIM may be suspended or terminated should the member become bankrupt or be involved in legal proceedings related to the information management industry or in any way be involved in bringing AIIM, fellow members or the industry into disrepute.
7. Terms and conditions are subject only to the jurisdiction of English Law.
Terms & Conditions - Events & Training
1.Cancellation 28 days prior to the event will be refunded at 75%. Later cancellation will not be refunded.
2. Substitutions from the same organisation will be permitted up 48 hours before the start of the event without charge.
3. Payment must be cleared 14 days prior to the start of the event.
4. AIIM reserves the right to cancel or postpone this event. Refund liability will be strictly limited to the fees paid directly to AIIM for the event.
Shipping And Handling
Where physical shipment is required, a shipping fee will automatically be added to your order. Details of this shipping cost will be shown in your cart prior to checkout.
Delivery Schedule
Tangible products such as publications will be shipped within 5-10 working days (depending on location) from receipt of payment. Intangible products such as membership and events will be acknowledged directly with the customer via email, post or online within 5 working days.
Tax Charges
In general, VAT will be charged at the rate applicable in the country in which the event or service is delivered.
Hard copy publication sales are zero rated.
Membership services are subject to VAT at the UK rate for all EC member country customers. It is not applied to non-EC member country customers. EC member country customers, outside of the UK, who are VAT registered and who supply their VAT registration number are not charged VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
